Spacious, luxurious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a prime location, situated in an exclusive building with doorman on Paseo de Gracia only one block from Plaza de Catalunya and two blocks from Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. The apartment is completely quiet (no street noise) and is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. At the guest's disposal are high quality furniture, central AC/ Heating, WiFi, Smart TV, washer, hairdryer, iron, etc. and a fully equipped kitchen.

This unique apartment has been fully refurbished and is equipped with high-end furniture and designer pieces.

The living room is spacious and comes with 2 sofas and one converts into a bed for the 5th and 6th guests. The 55" smart TV is hooked up to a strong WiFi connection. From the living room, guests have access to the south-facing gallery which has a large window front and a dining table with 6 chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower, sink, bidet, and WC. The second bedroom is a single room and also comes with a cupboard and an en-suite bathroom with a walking shower, WC, and sink. The third bedroom is a single room with a night table and a cupboard. The guest staying in this room would use the 3rd bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and WC, which is accessible from the hallway in the apartment. Next to it would be the fully equipped kitchen.

The design of the apartment has been chosen to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is completely quiet as it does not face the street which is a great plus considering the central location. Good sleep and rest after a long day of exploring the city are guaranteed.

The community of the building is quiet and respectful. We offer 5 rentals in this exclusive building.

Prior to the arrival date, I will send detailed information regarding how to get to the apartment from the airport, train station, etc. In case guests arrive by car I explain about parking possibilities close by. On the day of arrival, we will meet directly at the apartment at a time we previously agreed. Guests receive a quick overview but we also have videos prepared in which I explain how certain items work in the apartment. I also provide a phone number where I can be reached 24h in case of any problems. Our building has a doorman who also can be addressed in case of questions.

The location of our apartment is the edge between the Eixample district and the historic Old Town of Barcelona which makes it a very convenient spot from where to start the daily excursions. Our street is this gorgeous and the city's wealthiest avenue. Here on Passeig de Gracia is where all the famous designer brands have their stores. Placa de Catalunia (the main square), the gothic quarter and Las Ramblas are only a stone throw away from the apartment. Two of the of the city’s main sights, the famous Gaudi buildings Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are located on our street. The first mentioned is 2 blocks away and the second is 4 blocks up the street. Around the corner from our apartment is Rambla de Catalunya where you find some of the best tapas restaurants in the city such as my favorite Ciudad Condal. We have a small grocery store at 100 meters from the apartment and a large one down on Plaza de Catalunia in the El Corte Ingles shopping center, which is 2 blocks away. Almost all spots of interest in Barcelona are within a short walking distance. But, if you prefer to use public transportation, we have a Metro station right outside our building with access to 3 different lines. This location is truly unbeatable.

Staying in this location you can walk to almost all the main sights in Barcelona. A car is certainly not needed. Here are places you might want to visit and their distance from our apartment:

Gaudi’s Casa Batllo (2 blocks), Gaudi’s La Pedrera also called Casa Mila (4 blocks), Plaza de Catalunia (2 blocks), Las Ramblas (3 blocks), the beginning of the Gothic Quarter (3 blocks). Within the Gothic quarter, there is the Cathedral, the Palau de la Musica, Liceu opera, the Boqueria Market, the harbor, the Picasso museum, the church Santa Maria del Mar, and the old Borne market. All these places can be reached by walking. The one which is the furthest from the apartment would be the harbor. It takes about 15 minutes to get there walking down Las Ramblas to the very end. Sagrada Familia is 14 blocks away and you could walk there in 20-25 minutes or take the metro from the station "Passeig de Gracia" right outside our building (line L2, 3 stops, 10 minutes). A taxi stand is right at the street corner and taxis are available 24 hours.

Some of the city’s best tapas restaurants are very close to our apartment. Ciudad Condal (1 block), Vinitus (3 blocks), Cerveseria Catalana (4 blocks), El Nacional (across the street), El Lateral (2 blocks). We provide a list of restaurants we recommend with plenty of choices regarding places for seafood, paella, meat, vegan and vegetarian restaurants.
