Welcome to PdG15 Casa Verdu, a luxury one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Barcelona’s Eixample district, just steps from Rambla de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, and Plaza Catalunya.
This exceptional apartment is set within a modernist building built around 1904 by architect Maurici Augé Robert, known for his elegant designs across Eixample and his candidacy for the construction of Barcelona’s Columbus Monument for the 1888 Expo. The building features exquisite stone ornamentation, including Solomonic columns and beautifully carved busts above the doorways, with a particularly striking sculpture crowning the main entrance.
The apartment itself is as unique as its setting. Personally designed by the owner—who runs a high-end furniture and interior design business—its decor reflects a refined artistic taste and a deep connection to Catalonia’s cultural heritage. Through his family’s long friendship with Salvador Dalí, the owner’s firm contributed to furnishing iconic landmarks such as the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres, Casa-Museu Salvador Dalí in Portlligat, and Castell Gala Dalí in Púbol.
Inside, guests enjoy a spacious and bright living area with elegant furnishings: a white designer sofa, two classic armchairs, and a glass dining table for six. Two large windows and balconies fill the room with natural light and offer a charming view down to Rambla de Catalunya. A flat-screen TV and DVD player ensure comfort and entertainment.
The serene bedroom features a king-size bed with a premium-quality mattress and a second TV for cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home dining: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, and ironing board. The modern bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin, and WC.
Guests will find the building and area safe and peaceful. There is a doorman during the day, and the apartment is secured with three solid doors, each with safety locks. The building’s community is quiet and respectful.
The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from Las Ramblas, La Boqueria Market, El Born, the Gothic Quarter, and world-famous Gaudí landmarks like Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, and Sagrada Família. The neighborhood is filled with charming cafés, tapas bars, and a lovely bakery right next door.

If you’re flying, please call me (not text) once you’ve collected your luggage and passed passport control. That way, I can head to the apartment and meet you there.
If I’m not available, my lovely colleague Andrelys will greet you at the entrance—but I’ll still be your main contact throughout your stay.
How to Get from the Airport
🚕 Taxi: Always available outside the terminal. Takes ~30 mins and costs around €35.
(Uber is very limited in Barcelona, but FREENOW and YELLOW TAXI apps work just like it.)
🚌 Aerobus: Blue shuttle bus every 10 mins. Final stop: Plaza Catalunya.
From there, walk ~200 meters up Passeig de Gràcia to no. 15. Costs €7.50/person.
