This exceptional apartment is set within a modernist building built around 1904 by architect Maurici Augé Robert, known for his elegant designs across Eixample and his candidacy for the construction of Barcelona’s Columbus Monument for the 1888 Expo. The building features exquisite stone ornamentation, including Solomonic columns and beautifully carved busts above the doorways, with a particularly striking sculpture crowning the main entrance.

The apartment itself is as unique as its setting. Personally designed by the owner—who runs a high-end furniture and interior design business—its decor reflects a refined artistic taste and a deep connection to Catalonia’s cultural heritage.
